If you soak your feet in mouthwash, you will help your feet to relax. In addition to the great feeling you will have, you will hydrate your skin and get rid of the pain that occurs when you stand up too long. Some specialists even claim that mouthwash helps your legs deflate and prevents bacteria from getting into cuts and cracks from nails or heels.
If you want to enhance the effects of mouthwash, you can also mix it with Epsom salt, essential vinegar or essential oils.
How the mouthwash works
Mouthwash is an antiseptic product that contains ingredients that fight against fungal infections. The presence of alcohol, for example, leads to the removal of pathogens that could get you sick. During temperature changes, the dead cells on the skin of the legs detach and the cracks appear. It is, therefore, very important to exfoliate that area, and for the process to work out, you can soak your feet in mouthwash.
For this, you need:
- A cup of mouth water
- A cup of vinegar
- 2-3 cups of water
Rinse all ingredients in a large container, enough to fit your feet and be covered with liquid. Stay for 20 minutes. During period it is advisable to add warm water periodically, in this way you will keep your feet in at a comfortable temperature. When you get your feet out of this mixture, they will smell very nice. If you want to get rid of the dead cells, take a brush or a pumice stone and exfoliate your soles. Apply then a moisturizing cream and you will see that your feet will look very good.
