– garlic
– water
– adhesive pads
– socks
Procedure: Chop the onion and garlic in very small pieces. Pour the water in a pot and put it to heat. Boil the onion and garlic in this water for 10 minutes. Leave the pot to cool for 20 minutes. Pour a little bit of this mixture on the middle of the adhesive pads just enough to soak. Be careful to not wet the adhesive part. Apply the obtained detox foot pads in your foots. Put the socks on. Next day you can remove them.
