Lunch: vegetable soup (beans, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, pepper), 200 grams of grilled chicken breast, 150 grams of pickled cucumbers. Drink 250 ml of water.

Dinner: A small portion of whole pasta, red beets with carrot and lemon juice. Drink a cup of nettle tea.
