Types Of Back Pain You Should Never Ignore

Back pain is one of the most common health problem of the 21st century. Most of the people become victims at some point. Back pain can be caused by accidents or even a wrong posture during the day. Most of us have jobs that limit our freedom of movement and keep us on a chair for 8 hours a day. This makes back pain a corporate syndrome.

The pain from certain areas can be diminished by adopting a correct posture, medication and rest.
Even though most of the back pains are not serious, there are some types that should not be ignored.

If pain is localized in the lower part of your back, it is likely to have been caused by physical effort and wrong posture. Use a cream that will ease the pain and relax the muscles.

If the pain is persistent, see a doctor. Discomfort in the lumbar means your back may be injured. Sciatic pain appears as a result of kidney stones, osteoarthritis, heart problems as well as hernia.

Lumbar pain is the most common one and it can mean some of the following:

  • You have pulled your muscles during a sports session, cleaning the house, or doing your daily chores. Don’t worry, they are over rather quickly.
  • Affected vertebra cause sharp pain because the vertebras have moved out of their places and physical effort leads to awful pains.
  • Lumbar arthritis: arthritis affects knees and fingers in the first places, but in some cases such pain is present in the lumbar as a genetic predisposition.
  • Osteoporosis causes lots of discomfort as it weakens the bones, making the pain inevitable.
  • Pancreatic cancer usually develops without any major symptoms. When the signs start to show it, unfortunately it also means cancer is spread to other areas. Some of its signs are back pains, weight loss, yellow skin and dark urine.

Do keep your health under control and find 10 minutes each day for a few exercises that will keep your back healthy and strong.
