DIY Natural Beetroot Juice for Liver Detox

It is very important to take care of your liver and from time to time to make a liver detox. Natural Beetroot juice is a great and healthy solution for liver detox because beetroot is a miracle ingredients for the liver.

Natural Beetroot Juice for Liver Detox

Ingredients ( for 1 l):

  • 4-5 medium beetroots
  • 4-5 medium carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 apples

Procedure: Wash all the vegetables and fruits. Peel the beetroots and lemon. Cut in small pieces all the ingredients, except carrots. I always put the carrots in  juicer without cut them.  Put the ingredients in an electronic juicer. You will obtain a red, delicious and healthy juice for your liver detox. I usually drink it when I have empty stomach. It is recommended to drink at least 2-3 times per week this juice.
