How To Lose 3 Kilograms During a Week With Parsley Diet

With summer knocking on our doors, it is about time to start thinking about getting in shape fast, and most importantly in a healthy manner! If you are looking at a quick, easy and delicious way to lose those extra kilograms, read bellow our parsley diet that will enchant you!

All you need to do is to get as much parsley in your fridge as possible and start enjoying your day! For your breakfast indulge with a toast, low fat cheese (100 g) and a glass of orange juice or a banana.

Your lunches should be the same every day. Prepare a salad out of parsley, a tomato and a few salad leaves. Season with salt and a bit of lemon juice, as well as a drop of olive oil. This salad is best served with 100-200 g grilled meat. Keep in mind that your salad should be freshly prepared daily.

For dinner you are free to eat as much steamed vegetables as you like. Prepare yourself a meal out of steamed carrots, beans, zucchini, potatoes or any other vegetables you feel like eating. Just don’t go overboard with salt.

No bread allowed during the day! This is a must.

In case you feel a bit hungry in between the meals, you can always get a fat free yogurt, where you can add a few fruits. Still, this is an occasional meal, and should not be eaten on a daily basis.
